Facing the main road and shopping centre, this tells it all about the Library's focus on fun and creativity.

This innovative, community-focused new Library is co-located with the Leisure Centre facing the shopping centre. The aim was to create an attractive, vibrant community space appealing to all members of the growing community. The new Library opened in August 2009. It features a high standard of design which welcomes the community and enhances the precinct.

Stanhope Gardens is a new release in the heart of western Sydney, largely populated by young families. The Library was planned as an integral second stage of the Blacktown Leisure Centre Stanhope, which opened in 2003.
